The entire experience was great. The staff at Healing Touch were great to work with. Very knowledgeable about their products and thoroughly answered our questions. We found a chair that we love and the delivery process went very smooth. We have most assuredly had better nights sleep since purchasing our chair! We recently purchased a Panasonic massage chair from Healing Touch and couldn't be happier. We love the chair and all the functions it has. The experienced salesmen were the ones to deliver it, and they gave us detailed instructions on how to use it after they set it up for us. They were friendly and informative, and had been in touch with answers to our many questions before we made the purchase. We are very glad we didn't buy a chair from a big box store or from an online site where we would not have had the personal experience. We'd highly recommend the professionalism of Healing Touch!

We purchased an Ohco M8. NEO this Christmas. We have a family member that owns a similar model and we searched out Healing Touch to go and give this chair a test ride. We were met by the Team there and they showed us several chairs and we test rode a few of them. We ultimately settled on the NEO. Friendly/knowledgeable sales folks that we enjoyed spending some time with. We waited about 4 weeks for our specific chair to come in and the delivery was perfect. This chair is part of our daily fitness and relaxation routine. Thanks again to the team at Healing Touch!

I purchased a Brio Sport chair from here recently and have been extremely happy with it. The sales experience was pleasant and especially Ivan was crucial to my decision to purchase. He was well versed on the product and helpful without any pressure. What a wonderful experience from start to finish. My wife and I wanted to buy a massage chair but didn't quite know where to start. Upon visiting their store, the knowledgeable staff took their time and showed us several chairs and explained the features and differences of each and really listened to what we were looking for. We got to try and experience the differences of each chair before landing on the one we loved. Delivery was smooth, quick, and on time. If you are interested in a chair, definitely make a trip to visit their store and chat with their experts.
