Track Systems Explained
S Track
The S Track follows the spine’s natural S-shaped curve, with rollers moving from the neck to the lower back (27–33 inches). It maintains close contact with the spine, targeting the neck, upper back, and lower back. The backrest and seat move independently, enabling a flatter recline for stretching.
L Track/SL Track
The L Track extends the S Track’s spinal path, continuing linearly under the seat to the glutes and sometimes hamstrings (40–53 inches). It offers full-body massage but limits flattening due to the backrest and seat moving together. Associated with the ‘Zero Gravity’ recline. L Track is often marketed as SL Track.
Max Track
The Max Track blends S Track and SL Track benefits, extending from neck to glutes with a split or hinged design. It supports multiple postures, like lay-flat stretching and zero-gravity reclining, offering a highly adaptable and varied massage experience.
