Refund policy

We understand that your first choice may not always be the perfect fit. That’s why we offer a structured return and exchange program designed to give you confidence in your purchase while maintaining the integrity of our premium products.


Stearns & Foster Mattresses

We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow it to adjust and reach its intended comfort level.

If your mattress does not meet your expectations:

  • You may request a return or exchange within 90 days of delivery

  • We will work with you to address your concerns first

  • If unresolved, we will accept the return and issue a refund

    • Less return shipping costs

After 90 days, your mattress is protected under a 10-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturer defects.


Tempur-Pedic Mattresses

We’re confident you’ll love your mattress. To ensure comfort:

  • Sleep on your mattress for at least 30 nights

  • Your body and the TEMPUR material need time to adjust

If you’re not satisfied:

  • You may request a return within 90 days of delivery

  • We will attempt to resolve your concerns first

  • If unresolved, we will accept a return and issue a refund Less return shipping costs

Includes TEMPUR-ActiveBreeze® systems.

All mattresses are backed by a 10-Year Limited Warranty.

 


Vispring Mattresses

All Vispring mattresses are made to order and non-returnable.

However, you may qualify for a one-time Comfort Exchange:

  • Must be requested between 30–90 days after delivery

  • Applies only to spring tension adjustment
    Must have tested the product in-store and received guidance

Additional conditions:

  • Exchange fees (pickup/delivery) may apply
    One replacement only
    Same size and material (or closest available alternative)


Aireloom Mattresses

All Aireloom mattresses are made to order and non-returnable.

They are protected under manufacturer warranty for defects.


Closeout Mattresses

  • Final sale – no returns or exchanges

  • Covered by a 10-Year Limited Warranty


Accessories & Personal Items

(Pillows, linens, toppers, protectors, etc.)

Due to hygiene and personal use:

  • Non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery

  • Covered under manufacturer warranty


Foundations & Adjustable Bases

  • Non-returnable

  • Covered under manufacturer warranties for defects only

  • Does not cover comfort preference


Massage Chairs

We want you to love your massage chair, while recognizing that adjustment takes time.

Adjustment Period

  • Use your chair for at least 20 days before requesting a return or exchange

 


30-Day Return & Exchange Option

If you are not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, you may choose:

Return Option

  • Refund of purchase price

  • Subject to:

    • 15% restocking fee

    • All shipping costs (both directions)

  • Subject to inspection and approval

Exchange Option (Recommended)

  • One-time exchange for equal or higher-value model

  • $700 exchange fee (pickup + redelivery)

  • Customer pays any price difference

All exchanges are final sale


Requirements

  • Request between Day 20–30 after delivery
    Product must be:

    • Like-new condition

    • With original packaging, accessories, and materials

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


Additional Conditions

  • Promotional items must be returned or will be deducted from refund

  • Floor models, open-box, clearance, and demo units are final sale

  • Products used commercially are not eligible

Important Notes

 

  • Policy applies primarily to online purchases

  • Customers within 100 miles of a Healing Touch showroom are encouraged to try products in person

  • In-store purchases may follow different policies
