Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.

We primarily ship via freight delivery for massage chairs and mattresses due to size and weight.

Delivery options may include:

Curbside Freight Delivery (standard)
White-Glove Delivery (available on select products or by request)
In-Home Setup (where available depending on product and location)

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees vary depending on product size, delivery method, and destination. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout or provided at the time of purchase.

Some promotional offers may include free local delivery within the DFW area.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may not be eligible for cancellation or modification. Please contact us immediately if you need to request changes.
